Being an engineer isn’t just about solving problems—it’s about fostering meaningful relationships, expressing ideas clearly, and showing your true passions. My mission is to help technical students and young professionals develop the interpersonal skills that will set them apart.
After graduating from Purdue University in 2020, I spent my first two years in a leadership development program, learning the foundations of what it takes to become a future leader. Realizing I had the rest of my life for corporate America, I left the working world to pursue opportunities abroad. This led me to Spain, where I completed my graduate degree and gained invaluable international experience.
Upon returning to the U.S., I faced an intense job search. Over six months, I applied to over 1,000 positions, completed 150+ interviews, and received 17 job offers. The biggest lesson I learned? Companies weren’t just looking for technical expertise—they sought individuals who could communicate clearly, demonstrate their drivers, and build meaningful connections. These insights have shaped my mission today.
Whether in 1:1 coaching, small group workshops, or from the stage, I help others learn to present themselves as well-rounded individuals—not just engineers—so they can unlock the opportunities they deserve. I’m here to share the lessons I wish I’d learned sooner—skills that aren’t taught in the classroom but are essential for success in the real world.
Yours Truly,

My mission is to close the gap between the technical skills learned in traditional education and the people skills needed to succeed in both work and life. I help technically minded young professionals develop and apply these essential skills, enabling them to stand out and thrive in their careers. By focusing on the unique needs of each individual, my goal is to provide practical tools that lead to real personal and professional growth.
